Break Up with genocide: Queer & Trans Rally & March for Palestine
Washington DC: This Valentine’s Day we’re going to break up with genocide. Join us for a rally and march to say no more to the pinkwashing, apartheid, and genocide being carried out in our name.
We will be meeting at DuPont Circle at 2pm and will proceed to march. Put on your queerest outfit for the most important breakup of your life!
We want to acknowledge that while Rafah is under attack, grief is weighing particularly heavy on all of us. It is a quintessential queer experience to hold grief, love, joy, and rage at the same time. We will hold space for all of these emotions at our action Wednesday.
This event will center queer and trans folk, prioritizing queer Palestinians, Arabs, and POC. Allies are welcome. Share this flyer far and wide!
Accessibility:
- Participants should expect to march for 30 minutes.
- We will have water, snacks, and a few chairs.
- Please DM us with accessibility needs and we will try our best to accommodate.
- Mask up!
